Diet is good f you have to much fat. Diet is bad if you are heathly and you are tryong to be so thinner.

Diet is simply a word for "eating habits." Obviously having eating habits is necessary. The food pyramid was created as a guidline for proper diet, but even with the best of diets a person is at risk of Heart disease and other health risks if they do not get a fair amount of exercise as well.
