Take an over the counter pill like Midol and this will help. Before your period cut back on all caffeine and high sugar drinks, don't eat junk food ( I know you crave it, but it doesn't help), take B6 and B12, you want to also cut out salty things like chips, and get excerise. All of these things will help you. Finally, taking the Birth Control pill will also help. This is the thing that worked for me.
