i know, i do this every day, 7 days a week.

it's easy to do just follow this plan of mine,

3000 steps in the morning ( after getting up ),

and 3000 steps at night ( before bed time ),

that's 6000 steps followed by,

2000 steps every 2 hours 7 times ( during the day ),

that's 14000 steps and a combined total of,

20000 steps.

your body automatically does it. If you want to burn additional calories, you have to run for more then thirty minutes a day to see results.
