I personally am about 18 lbs overweight. It's really about confidence if you are always wondering if your overweight and constantly looking at your self and are not happy with it you should try to work Out and lay off Ben and jerrys. But really I think I am beautiful. ;) I don't think 20 lbs is a problem unless you are under 5 feet.

yes if a 9-year-old is 90 pounds he will have to go on a big diet to lose 20 pounds to avoid being obese because when they go into puberty they would be fat but I maybe am wrong and an 11-year-old could be 90 pounds and he would not but way too much for a 9-year-old.
