O2 and orange are great. Vodafone is a great network, but O2 is probably the most recommended.

As of my last update, O2 typically charges standard rates for 090 calls, which can vary based on your specific plan. Generally, these calls are charged at a higher rate than regular numbers, and the cost can include both an access charge from O2 and a service charge set by the organization you are calling. It's best to check O2's official website or contact customer service for the most accurate and current pricing information.
Mobile phone service O2 offers free texts, some unlimited, in many of its Pay and Go and Pay Monthly tariffs. Free texts are available with both the Sim only and Phone and Sim deals.

Well that would depend on what you want to do, if you want free texts then o2 text and web would be the best because it gives you the same amout of texts but with unlimited internet for that month. OR If you want free minutes to people on o2 it would be best to go on o2 unlimited where you top up £15 and get everythink to o2 mobiled free and unlimited even calls. BUT if you free minutes to any mobile then vodafone is the make that would suite you more
One can purchase an O2 pay as you go SIM card directly from O2 in Exeter. One can also purchase SIM cards at any shop that has a mobile phones section.
O2 like many pay as you go wireless carriers work on a system where you pay for what you want for each month. At the end of the month you have the option to not continue the services. This is unlike the 2 year contracts that the more popular wireless carriers work on.
Around £80 with o2 on pay-as-you-go
No, o2 doesn't sell the HTC Wildfire on either contract or pay as you go. You could always buy an unlocked version.
