Is anti-bacterial soap a good thing to use when cleaning a navel piercing?

Yes it is because it rids the piercing of any bacteria that causes infections . So keep using iht .

Well I would suggest taking a bath and soaking the piercing for a while that will loosen the blood build up on the barbell. Then before exiting the tub use the shower to rinse the piercing and your navel out with warm running water. Cleaning is a daily thing that can be forgotten when it comes to navel piercings.

Why does your body reject a belly button piercing?
Its not just navel piercings that can reject, its all piercings! Its a risk you take when you get the piercing done. Your body simply sees the piercing as a bad thing and pushes it out, You can try again with the piercing but it is not recommended in the same place.
