Generally it's 10mm by 18g and the piercing is done with a 16g needle.
After getting my Tragus pierced I waited until 2 months to change mine as it was still hurting , but when they change the bar in the Tragus it can be quite painful so just putting it out there and don't change jewelry in the Tragus when it's infected it really hurts
I've had my Tragus pierced for around 3 years now but I'm not allowed it in for work - how long will it take to close up? I have breaks every 2 hours and was thinking of just putting the bar back in every break but would this irritate it? Thanks! Yes, replacing it that often will definitely irritate it. Are you allowed to wear a retainer? You can get a clear glass lip retainer and it'll hide it pretty well. There isn't a way to tell how long you can leave it out. It depends on your body.
ok well if it is a bar you unscrew it clock wise and pull the bar out of the back,, and if it is is a ring the ball pops out and you pull ring out :) it is pretty easy, but may bleeed good luck x
Trisect of the candy bar was in big equal parts.

Where? Place: any tattoo/ piercing shop.
No.
You need to have a bar or ring in the piercing else it will heal up because a piercing is just like a wound. if theres a bar or ring there then it will heal but around the ring or bar, so you still have the piercing. You don't need a ring, you can have a belly button bar. x
Local tattoo and piercing shops are the primary place to go when wanting to learn more about the industrial bar piercing. Information about this piercing can also be found online on the About site.
Well you need to make sure you are getting a titanium barbell when you get a "colored" barbell. The coloring is actually an anodized layer of the actual titanium and not a painted coating that can wear and chip off. The anodized layer is an actual layer of the titanium that has changed color by the process ofanodizing. the Oxide layer is safe and will not wear off. Some studios will put the barbell in right off the bat and others will tend to go with rings to allow the piercing to heal, I like the rings first this prevents discharge ( in the case of infection etc.) from bothering or effecting the other piercing. Talk to your piercer and get his/her take on it and decide from there.
Yes, just be sure that it's of the same gauge amount.
A Titanium ingot is going for about $20 on 10/24/2010.
He has an industrial piercing on his left ear, this is sometimes called a scaffolding bar, it is a long metal bar through the top of your ear. He also has a labret piercing, this is the piercing of your chin, just under your bottom lip. & that's all he had!!
you pull it out hard
Labret studs and any kind of ring are best. You could use an eyebrow bar if you'd like but it can look a bit strange because the ball would point down. Tongue bars are way too long. You could use smaller barbells though, they work just as well as labret studs. Just not the same variety :)
