It's marginal.
An adult who is 5' 3" is at a healthy weight between roughly 113 and 141lbs.
A teenage girl is likely just going through, or has just gone through, her major teenage growth spurt.
So you'd expect her to be towards the lower end of that scale (say 113 to 130lbs)
A teen boy is likely not yet reached his major growth spurt, and so might be anywhere in that range.
So, don't fret about it if you are 5'3" and 135lbs.
But it's worthwhile taking a sensible healthy approach to eating, and a making sure you get some physical activity every day.
If any of the bodyweight is excess fat, you'll be able to use it up as fuel over the next few months without too much effort.
a 6 foot 15 year old boy should be weighing around the 135-155 pound mark.but don't worry if you are slightly over because you could have more muscles than fat.
A 5'5 13 year old should weigh between 120 and 135 lbs. but it may vary between how much muscle comapred to fat that you have. As most of you know muscle weighs more than fat so if you are 5'5 and 13 and weigh 145 that is good of you have a lot of muscle.
my guess would be about 115 to 120. i myself am a 5 ft 4 in 13 year old and i weigh 120 exactly. but remember muscle weighs more then fat so you can be very skinny and weigh 135 everyone is different
Talk to a doctor. Or go online to check your body fat. I am 5 foot 7 and a 12 year old female. I weigh 115
I weigh 135. How much water do I need to take in to flush fat
Uhhhhhh im 5 foot 1 and i weigh 130 think thats maybe fat?
no, you are actually very skinny. the average weight for a 5'7 person is about 130 to 135.
It depends on if you are muscular or fat because muscle weighs more than fat. So I think an average 5' 5" 39 year old woman should weigh about 135.
no. u sound fat
I am 12 and I usually think I am too fat. I weigh 6 stone 12 or 44kg or 97.2lbs but I think I might be too selfconscious.
I'm a five foot eleven boy I weigh 100 pounds it depends if you are strong muscle weighs more then fat
they should be about 135 pounds to 160
