If you decide he is overweight; 1)Get him more active-join sports club, ju-jitsu, whatever. 2)no soda, not even diet. 3)make/eat dinner at home every night. No more fast food. 4)Try to eat meals as a family. 5)Get most of the junk food out of the house-an occasional snack OK. 6)Eat more veggies-increase in fiber/bulk creates a sense of fullness. decrease in calories and high in nutrition. 7)Eat more fruits-within reason. They can add a lot of cals to a diet quickly but still nutritious. 8)See item 1. 9)See item 1.
