Is UK and North American Shoppers Sweepstakes a scam?

going with yes on that one. got one of their checks and letters in the mail saying i won money from a lotto i did not enter but had to send them some money first. aside from all of the spelling errors in the letter , the check certainly looked real. could see how someone would fall for it but don't. if it seems to good to be true it probably is, look on line and you can see other answers to this question. do yourself a favor, if you get it, rip it up.
