Is Rite Aid closed on Christmas?

Dear mrs. Holmes,

Since , i did not get to go to the school dance because of my homework i will promise you that i will try my best to do all my homework so i could go to the next dance on valentines day for the lovers dance.And i wanted to ask you when could my mother turn in my applacation for me to go to another school like:hill freeman,new media,leeds,or a charter school? because i know its due on january 2th and since im on Christmas break i want to know when my mother could turn it in. Also,my mother was very happy when she heard that she could sign and cheak my homework every day so i could be right everyday.

have a merry christmas and new years' eve.Thanks for being such a good teacher this year a making me be nomanated to be a saftey,line leader and a tooter.
