IN MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE,AS OF 4/14/08 THE ANSWER IS MOST DEFINITELY YES,YES,YES!!!!!THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD BUT DID NOT FIN.THE JOB AND ALSO THEY LINKED MY ORDER PAGE WITH ONE OF THEIR OWN SO THAT MY CUSTOMERS ORDERS AND CREDIT CARD INFO.WAS COPIED TO THEIR SITE!NOW THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR E-MAILS!THANK GOD I HAVEN'T TAKEN ANY ORDERS YET.MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS FILING FRAUD CHARGES
