Well, in the canon it's never explicitly stated. But I would say yes, just from his actions. [SPOILER WARNING] I mean, he calls both pink and rainbow in Another Day. Then in that same episode he leads people to believe he's gay with Neku (With, what I believe to be, the intent to manipulate people into going places using the curiosity of 'is it true').

He's also quite flamboyant, and "dies" for Neku, taking the brunt of Sho Minamimoto's Level i Flare. His signature brand is Natural Puppy.

Common sense says he's gay.
