I wouldn't say she's fake...but she did tell her fans/subscribers to embrace natural beauty. While she, "Blair" did a nose job. I mean, her nose is fine. I don't see anything wrong with it. It was all perfect on her yet she still complains. And she shouldn't fake her name. At least just tell her fans 'I'm sorry. Not allowed to give out name'. That way, no one would misunderstand.
