sure its healthy. its a bit on the low end but if you drop below 5 percent then its unhealthy. once you get to 6 percent it pretty easy to maintain. as long as you don't go on a eating craze. i maintain my bodyfat at 5.7-6 percent for about 2-3 weeks already. i do very little cardio only like 2 days a week. i do a jump rope pyramid for my cardio and rarly run a few miles. i do how ever strength train in no particular order and do not have a any spacific routine. some day i do 100 pull ups a day and a quick abs in the morning and everning. other days i do barbell pyramid and forearms. somedays puchup, hanging knee and leg raises and i don't go to the gym eaither. its a waste of time and time is precious and should be used for other good deeds.
An adult male should have between 8 and 17 percent body fat, according to The National Institute of Health. Trained athletes may have slightly less (6 or 7) but generally the low teens is what you should aim for in terms of body fat percentage.
