Do you mean physically? Of course not. I am 44 and got pregnant by accident, I'm 3 months along. There are increased risks of all kinds, but it can go fine too. Or do you mean emotionally/energetically/societally? That depends on you and how much you give a hoot about what people think. I am very fit and healthy, and have more energy than lots of 30 year olds I know, so though I am freaked out (this is my first and only, I didn't really want kids), I'm kind of looking forward to it. Decide if you have the energy and the love to give, and go for it!
