As long as you are not grossly obese, and a huge health risk, I would suggest to you that whatever you weigh and feel comfortable is OK.

Weight is only a small portion of overall health. While being overweight does put more strain on your health, being comfortable in your skin goes a long way too in the way you feel overall.
