Depends on all sorts of things, including your build, gender, and personal preference. Ignore BMI as it's a bunch of hogwash that was invented nearly 200 years ago. Get a medical professional to measure your body fat percentage. If you're under 20% or so, you're perfectly fine. And remember, muscle weighs more than fat. By BMI's categorization, most olympic athletes would be considered overweight or obese. You should be more interested in your physical health than your weight, as an ideal weight will naturally accompany good health. Exercise moderately (lots of walking, occasional sprints, perhaps some bodyweight exercises like pushups and pullups) and eat well--look into the paleo diet and primal lifestyle.
