No Not at all! I was around the same weight and height at that age and very healthy. If you don't already workout you may want to try yoga. It really helps with self confidence and is also a great workout for toning and if you do power yoga it is a great cardio workout too. Watch what you eat and excercize regularly so that you don't have to battle with weight later on in life. Good Luck!!
