Not necessarily, It depends on your muscle mass, besides, If you're worried about your weight. Try doing exercises, such as sit ups, if you start of with one, and increase by 1 per day, and do that for a couple on months. I'm sure you'll see the difference. Also, you could try eating lots of healthy, low calorie food, such as fruit and vegetables. Whoever previously said "yes!!" is a complete idiot. They're wrong. And, never, ever starve. I'm a 5'2 10 stone girl. And I'm not fat. But I am quite muscled. Keep your head up. :)
