Try doing exercises, such as sit ups, if you start of with one, and increase by 1 per day, and do that for a couple on months. I'm sure you'll see the difference. Also, you could try eating lots of healthy, low calorie food, such as fruit and vegetables. Whoever previously said "yes!!" is a complete idiot. They're wrong. And, never, ever starve. I'm a 5'2 10 stone girl. And I'm not fat. But I am quite muscled. Keep your head up. :)
