Well, it all depends on how tall you are. If you are 5 feet tall and 10, then yes. 100 pounds is normal. But if you are very short, then 100 pounds may not be so normal. When i say this, not trying to be rude but if your short and 100 pounds, maybe you should change your eating lifestyle.

I basically mean, instead of 6 pieces of mom's meatloaf that you adore, try having maybe 1 or 2. Or when there's an ice cream truck outside on a hot summer day, instead of 3 scoops, get 1 scoop. Things are easy to change, (except lies,) so try a new thing.

Over the summer, go on a diet that you trust, in the beginning write down your 'I think' weight, then calculate your real weight. At the end, guess your 'I think' weight again, and get your weight. If you lost 1 to 4 pounds, use this lifestyle all year long, but you lost 5 or more pounds, your good.
