The 38-55 cartridge was not around in 1794,its very possable that your rifle was patented in 1894 which would be appropriate for the cartridge in question, and rifle.I would need more info on the rifle in question including the model number or name, along with a detailed description of the overall condition of the rifle to give it a designated value.
Sako is a firearms manufacturer in Finland. Bofors is a Swedish company, and was probably contracted to manufacture the barrels for that rifle. If you're looking for a magazine (not clip) for the rifle, try some of the related links posted at the bottom. Also note that the rifle is probably chambered for the .22 Hornet cartridge.
This a bb rifle given to me when i was 5 years old would like some informatin on the rifle for insurance purposes. This has been in my family for over 50 years thank you for your help on this matter ---------------------------------------Answer---------------------------------------- When you asked this question you placed a comment in the "answer" section. This caused the question to land in "ANSWERED MODE" meaning no one can see it as a question. Therefore it never got really answered until now when I was doing maintenance on it. The model 126.102940 was made by Crosman for Sears. In reality it is a Crosman model V350. See the link below for the owners manual. The rifle was made between 1961 and 1969
I believe you are looking for a Crosman model 130. It was made for Wards between 1953-1970 by Crosman. You can try the web or gun shows. But good luck finding one that is still in excellent condition. I suggest that you look at a newer model Benjamin made by Crosman. See model HB22 on the crosman web page.WWW.Crosman.com
Depends on the cartridge. For center fire cartridges, it may range from 14,000 to 65,000 pounds per square inch. You can research the term "SAAMI Pressures" for more info. SAAMI is the group that sets ammo standards.
Depending on the model from 1890-2009, need more info.

From your description I assume you are asking about the Crosman model 102 Rifle not a pellet gun. The 102 is a .22 caliber pump action rifle There are 3 variations of this rifle the 102, 102 OSS and 102 CG. I am going to guess yours is the simple model 102. The early versions had simple checkering on the forearm 1929-1950. In good condition it is worth somewhere in the area of $125-$165. I suggest you read the Blue Book of Airguns 8th edition. there is a lot more info about this model. You can find the book in any large book store.
winchester i have no clue on the date
I have a Winchester Model 80 - 22 short rifle, but I am unable to find any info on it. It is pump action, has a hammer, and a hex barrel. The serial # is 554XXX. ---- Two things to clarify here - The above reference to a Model 80 pump rifle is likely the result of an illegible stamp for a Winchester Model 90. I have seen a number of guns within this model described as a Model 80. As for the Model 80 and a relationship to the Model 88, Winchester did develop a prototype bolt-action rifle chambered for .30-80 caliber. Winchester quickly renamed the cartridge to the .308 WCF. Other than the cartridge, there is no relationship to the Model 88.
