Yes they do. You start when you're either 4-5 in Kindergarten then you go to Elementary which for us is First through Sixth grade (6-11), you graduate when you're in sixth grade. Then you to Jr. High or Intermediate School which is only for three years (12-14), there you do Seventh through Ninth grade and you graduate when you're in ninth grade. After that you reach High School which is three more years (15-17) and there you course Tenth to Twelfth grade and you graduate when you're in twelfth grade. After you choose to either a technical institute or university or just go out and work if you're highschool was a vocational one.
