The first thing you have to do is go to the electrical room which can be accesed by going through the kitchen and fix the switch board. To do this you need to flip the two switches at the same time. you can use your hand and stylus. Once you've done this you go back to room 218. Then mellissa will try to open the door but it will be locked. Then you use your wire to open it. i hope that helps.
