They never do.
If the 25th of April is a Sunday, then Christmas Day in the same year is always a Saturday.
They never do.
New Year's Day and Christmas Day of the same year never fall on the same day. The 1st of January 1945 was on a Monday and the 25th of December 1945 was on a Tuesday. That is completely normal. A week after Christmas Day is New Year's Day, but that is New Year's Day of the following year. So Christmas Day 1945 would have been on the same day of the week as New Year's Day 1946, the next year. In the same way, Christmas Day 1944 and New Year's Day 1945 were on the same day of the week.

Every year. Jan.1 and Dec. 25Improved Answer:Christmas Day and New Year ALWAYS fall into the same year, IF you think in terms of the Gregorian calender, but FOR those who continue to use the Julian calendar or its equivalents thus celebrate December 25 and January 6 on what for the majority of the world is January 7 and January 19, which has the result, that Christmas Day and New Year would NOT fall within the same year, due to the overlap.Note: Parts of my answer where taken from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia > Article: ChristmasTheWiseToddSharpe
In the year 2009, Christmas fell on a Friday.Friday
The next year in which Christmas day will fall on a Sunday will be in 2016.
The day of the week that Christmas falls on in the year 2013 is on a Wednesday. Since Christmas fell on a Tuesday last year in 2012, this year it must be the day after which is Wednesday. This is because every year, any date will fall on the day after it fell on the year before. For example, since Christmas falls on a Wednesday this year, it will fall on a Thursday next year in 2014.
Every year!
2006, but if this year wasn't a leap year it'll be a Monday this year!
The next year Christmas day will fall on a Tuesday is 2018.
