It's possible, but it doesn't sound like you have too much to worry about. While some women do get spotting during pregnancy, they don't get a normal period. Depending on your age, this could be a side effect to puberty. Or perhaps you're just hungry. If you're concerned, buy a home pregnancy test.
you could also be going through a growth spurt and your body needs more food to give you energy
