Im having really bad cramp i havent had my perriod for a month an 3 weeks these cramp come and go they hurt bad and im not bleeding like if it was my period?

I am 4.5 month pregnant and i had very bad cramps at the beginning of my pregnancy. this normally is just ur uterus growing to hold the baby. But it could also be something else.. i would take a pregnancy test just incase.
