6 and half stone is scary thin!!! u bmi is way to low and i simply do not believe u are this weight unless u have a eatin disorder. i am a slim 8 and half stone and i am thin. if u stay this weight u will die.

Depends heavily on what % of the half stone is composed of fat or muscle. Also will depend how big you are to start with, at 10-12 stone half a stone of mostly muscle will have you looking a noticeable amount bigger or more defined depending on body fat % also tho. Won't make you look like a bodybuilder just someone that hits the gym most likely.
