I had my period when i was 11.yet my breasts havent grown. And my nipples havent grown. im 15?
WELL... Some people have a natural flat chest and small nipples. like me im 13- got my period at 11 and NOTHING! i barely wear an A cup. your breast- all though even if the slightest bit- have grown. some girls develop more than others. that's why everyone doesnt have the SAME cup size. i hope i helped you understand that they may be at MAXIMUM SIZE.
