No you cannot, as it falls under Physical Damage, which isn't covered under warranty. If you have insurance on the phone, you can pay the $50 deductible for a new one, which they will overnight to you Priority Mail.
I'm having to go through this right now. I recommend getting a belt holder style case for your new phone, I know I'll be wearing one.
the env2 sucks my broke and i had to get a new one 8 times!! :/ i advise you don't get it!
u hav 2 make sure your fone is off b4 u do ANYTHING. if it is off, take the battery out, put it back in, and turn the fone on. If that doesn't work, get a new env2.
Replace it with a new one.
The evV3 is better the camera is a lot better ( has flash now) now has a camcorder overall look is a lot better and there is less glitches i have had the enV2 but switched to the enV3 and love it it is much better overall I beg to differ had the enV3 and all it did was screw up the front broke i got a new one than it kept resetting so they gave me the enV2 and its great and the keys are a lot easier to use believe me the enV3 will be good when they fix the glitches which will be around February probably
