It is probably just cramping as your uterus (womb) expands for the baby. However, if you are a high risk pregnancy (your midwife or doctor would have told you if you are), if you have had miscarriages or stillbirths in the past, if the pain gets very bad, or there is bleeding, you need to go to the hospital to get checked out
