Not techincally....cheating is like making out w/ or dating another girl while youre dating some one else....but if you are ending the current relationship be kind when you do it and explain why you are ending it and say bye and don't torture her anymore...im a girl and i think that that's the best way to end something or figure it out.....just b careful.;)
