You can suggest such things as having dinner together (in a restaurant, at your place, etc.), seeing a movie together, or many other amusements that can be done by two people together. You can also just ask her what she would like to do. If none of your offers meet with her approval, she probably just doesn't like you, and you should stop wasting your time on a futile pursuit, and find someone else to spend time with.
