∙ 15y agoI saw hes bio on tv today. once for taking his anger out in a hotel room on the furniture he spent a night in jail and paid 10,000 dollars for damage but i think that's it

Sweeping hotel carpets with a broom is not sanitary. The reason for this is because it does not pick anything up out of the carpet. It is important to vacuum when necessary.
Clean it up and pay for the damage.

Most states have a law known as "defrauding an innkeeper". If you ILLEGALLY attempt to avoid paying a legitimate hotel bill, you can be sued by the hotel, and they can bring criminal charges against you as well.
You could, but it would not be worthwhile. Small claims court does not accept cases unless the damage is over $200, and attorney's fees would cost you more than you can get back. Writing a strongly worded but polite letter to the hotel's owner is likely to get you more results. Include photos of the damage and any relevant receipts.

I am not aware of a major fire at the King Edward. there were a couple of small fires during the time when the hotel was empty, but these were extinguished quickly and no extensive damage from them is on record. The hotel is going to reopen its doors in December, 2009.Tom Barnes
You do not have to pay for your own eviction, and if you are given such a charge, I would advise you not to pay it. However, if you were evicted because you have damaged hotel property, that is another matter. You are liable for damage that you cause.
