It depends on what the crime was, what state you live in, and how much time has elapsed since the judge's decision to withhold adjudication and/or your fulfillment of any terms of the judgment. When adjudication is withheld there is no formal finding of guilt, but it is not an acquittal either. Consult a lawyer about getting the charges expunged from your record. The Bar Association in your state should have a list of lawyers who will give you a free 1/2hr. consultation.
You need a lawyer for the correct and legal answer based on your specifics
If you are legally "Convicted" then Adjudication IS NOT Withheld....the whole reason for a Judge to have the option of Adj With is to stop short of convicting....IF you have a felony charge - and adjudication is withheld - you are not convicted....
You need to talk to a lawyer
Yes, if there was no conviction, and the deferred adjudication is not still pending.
You will need the services of a lawyer.
Depends on the misdemeanor.

Typically, adjudication withheld means that the judge is giving you a chance to stay out of trouble for a stated period of time. IF, at the end of that time, you have not been in trouble with the law, the judge dismisses the charge, and you are not convicted of any crime. If the period has passed, the charge was dismissed, and you have no other disqualifiers, yes, you should be able to purchase a firearm. If the period is still running, and there has not been a final disposition, that is a different matter. You would need to check with the courts- but the answer is likely no.
Yes you can still buy a gun. If its a criminal charge for traffic no you cant but for a civil charge you might pay a hefty fine but usually no jail time and you can still buy a gun. The backround checks to see if your a felon or mentally unstable but not for a civil traffic ticket that would be a joke and a violation of your civil rights.
Sporting goods store, gun shop, pawn shop, gun show, or KMart if they still sell firearms in your city.
