All you need to do is log out of the account you are in.
You will have to download it again from the app store.
You can use a program called Copy Trans Manager to import your songs from your iTouch back into your computer. You can use a program called iDump for all your other Apple products. See related links below for links to these programs.
delete the one on your ipod then (from your library) simply drag it back to your ipod

If it doesn't have an apple symbol on the back, it doesn't work with iTunes. (It has to be made by Apple).
No
You can download it off the apple website.
You need to report a problem on Itunes. Apple will consider whether it is a valid request.
you have to go back to the apple store
Your actual iTunes account does not disappear, but you will have to e-mail Apple to get all of your songs back. Your proof of purchase is the email you got from iTunes telling you that you bought that song.
You press and hold the menu and center buttons until the Apple logo pops up. Then you wait until the iPOd goes back to the normal title screen. If you forget, it also tells you on iTunes.

Go to Forgot Your Password, hm I forget what it is right now. But I think you need to type in your E-Mail address and they'll probably re-send it back to you at your E-Mail
simply unplug the ipod, enter your passcode and plug the ipod back to the computer, restart itunes and done
Look on the back of the diary. Get a pencil or toothpick and use it to push the reset button. Then reset your password.
No, the only reason itunes would replace your music is if your computer got lost/stolen while being in the hands of an certified apple technician in an apple store. It's your job to back up your data not apple's job to replace it.
