actually, I am the exact same weight and height. Yes dear, we are both over weight, We should be about 140-160. ^^ We both have a pretty big goal to achive but don't worry there are people just like us and worse!! To lost the amount of weight you need to loose (65-85lbs.) It will take us about a year to a year and a half with exercising (Cardio and Weightlifting) 3-5 times a week for an hour. Start out slow if you are know currently active. ^_^ Don't worry. WE CAN DO IT!! GOOD LUCK!
