I am 5'3" and I weight about 115 lbs to 120lbs (it varies) and I wear size 5/7. So, my guess would be depending on your frame, you should weigh anywhere from 110 to 115 if you want to be a size 5 exclusively. Note, I found I can never be a size 0 because my hip bones themselves are too wide, so if you have really wide hips it might have to weight less or if you have smaller hips you could weigh more.
