* If you are legally separated then no, you are not cheating by sleeping with someone else, but remember ... she could be doing the same thing.
Use a polygraph (lie-detector). Or wait for 9 months, until she gives a birth of another man's baby, then make a paternity test in a hospital.
A quarter is a group of 3 months. If someone refers to "2nd Quarter 2010" they are talking about the 2nd group of 3 months in 2010, namely April, May and June.
90 days is almost 3 months, and is sometimes considered synonymous with that. It is more closely about 2.96 months, using the average of 30.4 days per month. Three months can be from 89 to 92 days, since there is no fixed number of days in a month.
If someone turns 21 in 2011 then they were born in 1990. If someone's birthday is in January, February, March, April, May, June, July, or August 1990, then they would turn 21 in those months in 2011. The majority of their 21st year is in 2011. However, is someone's birthday is in the later months- September, October, November, or December- of 1990, then they would turn 21 in the last four months of 2011, and a major piece of their 21st year would be in 2012. Which means that as of October 2012, they would just be turning 22.
Well, there are 12 different months you can guess, and only one is right, so the probability of guessing right is 1/12.
no
there is no waiting period in California for divorce. You don't have to be separated for any length of time in order to file for divorce.
I was separated from mine for many months and it was like I was never gone. He remembered.
they were separated for 5 months, but now their divorce will be final soon.
Just tell him that you are not interested anymore. Tell him that you want to get separated. He might agree to it also.
seven months
Sorry, but no cheating
Apparently it was for about 14 months.
it's not cheating it's playing with fire that can lead up to cheating, it's disrespectful and dishonest.
Technically yes. It is illegal to be married to two people (that is bigamy). And the fact that you have been legally separated, although a distinct legal status, means that you are STILL MARRIED. You are able to get engaged (because you are technically single) but you should be aware that being separated is not being divorced.
Neither of you. It isn't 'cheating' in the normal sense of the word, but it isn't right either. He should be copying you on these jokes too! I would say it was cheating as there's clear intention that he isn't being faithful. Just because it wasn't physical, doesn't mean he wasn't being unfaithful to you. Hell yea
No I don't think so...
