If by "being with her" you mean simply being in her company (assuming you are not providing her with alcohol, drugs, etc.), then no, you would not get into trouble for being with her. If by "being with her" you are referring to a sexual relationship, then it would depend on which state you were in. There is no federal law governing the "Age of Consent," the age at which a person may legally engage in a sexual relationship. However, each state has its own laws governing the Age of Consent and in the US they generally range from 16 to 18 years old. Under some circumstances (such as having parental consent), some states have lower Ages of Consent. In Canada, the Age of Consent is 14 years old.
