Beer has a shelf life of about 12 months. Even if it has passed the 12 months the beer isn't necessarily unhealthy for you either, it just may taste a little "skunky" or stale. From personal experience, I saved a SweetWater Festive Ale for about 10 months and it still tasted perfectly fine. I also noticed when I've home-brewed aging my beer for a month or so has actually improved the beer a lot, as opposed to when it was still in it's infancy.
it's good for 7-10 days in the refrigerator...but you can freeze it for up to 2 months!
uncooked hams that have been frozen last 6 months or longer.
The beer is still warm, even though it has been in there 24 hours.
Per most manufacturers' instructions, you should replace your refrigerator's water filter at least once every six months. If your water tastes "off," you should consider replacing the filter even if it hasn't been six months.

I still have my Kenmore Model 106.8740980 refrigerator and bought it in 1986. May have been a 1985 or 1986 model.
If they were frozen before the expiration date, there shouldn't be a problem. If they have been in the refrigerator, toss them.
i dunno when did it come out because if its been more than 9 months then no because it will have been born by then.
If it hasn't been in the refrigerator over a few days, it may still be good. Some meat will lose its red or pinkish color when air has gotten in.
