You are fine. When I was 5 foot 7 i weighed 155 pounds, and I wasnt that fat. Now at f foot 9, i weigh 160-162 pounds depending on the day. At most you are chubby, and if your really 5 foot 7 and 13, then you will grow out of it.
I am a 17 year old, 5 foot 10 inch male. I am an athlete so I weigh 160 pounds but I have less then 8% body fat. If you are not an athlete anywhere from 140-160 should be an optimal range.
