Well this all depends on the guy. If he plays sports or is involved in his work or community service then yes what he says is true. However; if he is not invovled in anything that you know of then he is just saying that so you will leave him alone or he likes someone else. This is coming from a guy. No. A guy or girl will make time for you if he was really interested. You would wouldn't you? Move on to the next. You don't need to wait around for anyone...
