Well in my opinion you will have to have sleep after meals. More at night so the body can absorb the food instead of else where (bathroom). But with a fast matabolism I recommend lots of sleep, I myself was struggling with weight gain I was called skinny for years. But once I put a level of meals that i would eat during the day and enough sleep at night I noticed a weight difference in about 4 weeks. It worth a try you may never know.
No, the Galapagos penguin does not sleep in a den. Instead, they typically rest in caves, crevices, or under vegetation during the night. They are diurnal animals, meaning they are active during the day and rest at night.
Well, they are largely nocturnal, meaning they are active at night instead of during the day.
During the night, trees undergo respiration, where they break down stored sugars to produce energy. This process releases carbon dioxide as a byproduct. However, the amount of oxygen produced during photosynthesis in the daytime typically exceeds the amount of carbon dioxide released at night.
At night, since there is no sunlight present to drive photosynthesis, no oxygen is produced. But, instead, plants respire and emit carbon dioxide gas. 6H2O + sunlight + 6CO2 ----> C6H12O6 + 6O2 At night, this reaction is reversed (respiration).
Most to the time the weight stations will only be open during the day. If you travel at night then you will have a better chance at avoiding them.
