He either loves you so much, he's speechless; or he hates you beyond words. It might mean that the guy likes you, but you can't be too sure. He might not know if he likes you or not. If a guy was doing that to me, I would think he likes me. Take into consideration that he might just be staring at something on you or thinks you're cute. So, just cause he keeps looking at you might not mean he likes you. I believe that he does like you but might have lost alittle interest in you. Myabe this is because of the mere fact that he lost interest, found someone else, didn't want a relationship, flet as though you were moving too fast. or felt as though you were to much for him. Or, he may be mentally unstable. Keep your friends around you until you figure this guy out.
