Well if you think you're pregnant and have already missed a couple periods go to the doctor or hospital and get antibiotics to clear up the bladder infection first then take a pregnancy test.
If you have the money in your pocket for a hospital visit, by all means go there. However, a test kit from the pharmacy would be much more cost effective and quicker.
I will do the urine pregnancy test. If it is negative, reassurance and observation is the therapy.

i would take another one like a week before your next missed period and if it comes out negative or positive either way you should go and see a doctor for a blood test
Your body isn't clockwork perfect, and there are several reasons other than pregnancies to miss a period.
Unlikely - the bleeding probably was your period
a week before your missed period
5 days before your missed period
You may not be pregnant, you may not be far enough along to test, you may not have followed the test instructions.
Most home pregnancy tests say that they can only predict pregnancy accurately up to the first day of your missed period. Anything taken before that is pretty useless.
