you could have someone having a dream about a monster or a robber and have someone dressed up as it and at the end have her wake up and say like (whew it was just a dream) and then have the monster or robber come out.

Or if your using dolls you could have a doll with long hair go to a hairdresser and at the end pause it and get a doll with ugly short hair and have her scream and have the stylist make the price super high like 600 - 1000 dollars.
