But wait! Your uncle's girlfriend is not related to you in any way, so neither is her daughter. Dating her is no different than dating your neighbor, provided your neighbor isn't your sister, or your cousin in one of those states that frowns upon such relationships.
The only issue you might have is the potential strain it might put on your uncle's relationship. Talk to him and if he greenlights it, there should be not issue. Just be aware that if the relationship with uncle's girlfriend's daughter goes south, you may have to walk on eggshells are family get togethers for awhile.
