I took birth control for one month September and had my period on the pill When i ran out of pills i stopped taking them why havent i got a period for October?

a) you're pregnant
b) your body is still adjusting to the hormones you were taking
c) it's just one of those unexplained things. Sometimes periods are missed or delayed because of stress, weightloss, illness or just no reason at all
