I have not had a drink in 72 hrs I do not want to drink anymore. I HATE IT. Am I getting into the safer zone of not having deadly withdrawal?

For someone that counts the hours without drinking, you must be worried with your habit. Unfortunately, your hatred for alcohol will fade out, and you might resume your romance with it. It is necessary to keep your hatred until it turns to an understanding of the nature of why you drink and why you hate it. If you realize that drinking is hindering your life, and of those who love you, seek help. AA is an incredible program. For sure your romance will be forgotten.
